Stage 1
To prepare for this reassessment, on April 13, 2024, the company promptly established a reassessment work team with Li Dong as the audit team leader, and convened the first meeting to clarify division of labor, outline the reassessment process, and assign personnel responsibilities.
Stage 2
On April 15, the internal audit team conducted a one-day audit of all relevant departments involved in this reassessment, identifying a total of 2 non-conformities. The responsible departments were immediately instructed to formulate corrective actions and complete rectifications by April 15, and report the completion status to the audit team!
Stage 3
On the morning of May 6, General Manager Mr. Zhu Haixiao delivered a speech at the external audit meeting, stating: 'ISO certification is not just a certificate. Every audit is an opportunity for the company to improve and reflect on its management. I hope all departments will conduct targeted research and improvements based on the suggestions put forward by the audit team, enhance internal management, and drive the continuous development of the enterprise.'
The meeting emphasized that all departments must fully cooperate with the reassessment team and promptly rectify the issues identified in this external audit. At the same time, the reassessment was highlighted as a critical step to further improve the company's quality management system and elevate its management level to a new stage.
Stage 4
The audit team employed the 2015 version of the process reassessment method, conducting on-site sampling inspections of the procurement processes, quality management, and production processes related to the design and manufacturing of high-temperature enamel automatic spraying and firing equipment, automatic dust-free painting equipment, automatic dust-free powder spraying equipment, automatic electrophoresis equipment, as well as the management activities of other non-standard equipment hardware components. They pointed out existing problems and put forward many constructive and feasible modification suggestions.
Summary Stage
On the morning of May 7, at the reassessment summary meeting, the audit team unanimously agreed that our company's quality management system has operated well overall, fully implementing the company's quality policy and objectives with effective operation and remarkable performance. Through internal communication during the reassessment, it was unanimously concluded that our quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 and meets the certification standards, and the reassessment was approved for passing.
